The first meeting in the series organised by the Wyndham Place Charlemagne Trust focussed on the question of Terrorism and Religious Extremism. In its second meeting to be held on Monday 23 May, the focus of discussion will be on Corruption and Tyranny: how should democratic governments treat with tyrannical regimes? Is ‘regime change’ a legitimate aim of foreign policy? How best to deal with political and commercial corruption?
